Две столовые ложки растительного масла Кусочек сала для смазывания сковороды -------------------------- Cooking the most delicious crepes according to the classic recipe! Beat eggs very well, and pour hot milk in small portions so that the yolks are not brewed. A little vegetable oil in the dough makes it easy to turn pancakes. Before frying, the dough should stand for at least twenty minutes - so that the flour swells. The pan is greased with bacon once so that the first pancake does not come out lumpy :) Lubricate each pancake with butter - then they will be really tasty. Classic proportions: one glass of milk, two glasses of water and one glass of flour are taken for three eggs. Sugar - three tablespoons. Salt - one teaspoon Soda is half a teaspoon.
