Prakash Menon on External Threats to India

At the time being, India has no existential threats, and the only challenges it faces are terrorism from Pakistan and some territorial disputes with China, says Prakash Menon, Lieutenant General (Retd), Director, Strategic Studies Program, Takshashila Institution. Concerning the issue of Pakistani nuclear threat, he asserts: “Pakistan uses its nuclear weapon to attract the attention of the international community, but we take it as a bluff”.
