Павел Притчин: кто такой CTO

#chieftechnicalofficer #cto #career #distributedsystems Pasha, as a person who hosts his own podcast about CTO, helped us objectively understand such a complex profession. We talked about who a CTO is, what he does and what are the key qualities for this role. Pasha also highlighted that this role varies greatly depending on the size of the company. In small companies, the CTO does everything, everywhere and at once, and in large ones, he relies more on delegation. Pasha also shared with us his experience on how to be more productive and not suffer from context switching.
