Beyond the Magic Curtain | ISKCON Attapur
Dear devotees and friends: Two months ago, we held a class at our ISKCON Attapur temple in Hyderabad. We discussed a verse from the Srimad Bhagavatam where Srila Prabhupada compares material life to a dream. To highlight the illusory nature of the material world, we shared the story of Duryodhana in the imperial palace built by Maya Danava, as well as a historical story about a king who invited a renowned magician to his kingdom for a magic show. An enlightening class that serves as a reminder of the true nature of the world we live in!
