Fighting continues in the Lugansk People’s Republic

Russia opens a humanitarian corridor in the key city of Severodonetsk on Wednesday, allowing civilians to leave a chemical plant where reportedly around 1,200 people are being held. Lugansk People’s Republic says Ukraine’s military has been shelling civilian areas.
