In The Lap Of Krsna | Rishikesh Kirtan Festival Address
Today on the eve of our annual Rishikesh Kirtan Festival on the banks of the sacred Ganges, I gave the following talk to our team of devotees who have gathered from around the globe to make this event possible. Prahlada Maharaja, one of the twelve mahajans, expressed that he was not concerned with seeking his own deliverance in the Himalayas; rather, he desired to remain in the cities and towns to deliver conditioned souls. Here in Rishikesh, however, we have the unique opportunity to engage in sankirtan as spiritual seekers from around the world are drawn to this sacred place in search of spiritual enlightenment.
