Historical Vrindavan - Part 1

Dear devotees: Today we were delayed in our production so tomorrow [ Wednesday, May 18th ] we'll start our new lecture series entitled, "Historical Vrindavan - Part 1." In this first class we discuss the development of Vrindavan from a rural community to a bustling town of over 5,000 temples. It was mainly royal families who contributed to the beautiful temples, parks and gardens that still decorate Vrindavan today. We'll also hear one unusual case of a queen who came to Vrindavan from Kashmir and gave up her royalty to become a humble renounced Vaisnavi. Hare Krsna!
