Russian peacekeepers assist in stabilizing situation in Nagorno-Karabakh

Russia says it's concerned over tensions in the disputed territory of Nagorno-Karabakh and has called for a diplomatic solution to the crisis. The Foreign Ministry says it's in close contact with each of the opposing sides, Armenia and Azerbaijan.
